The hotel offers incredible rooms with a connecting door, separate bath and shower, and balcony. However, the lack of soundproofing can be an issue when noise travels from the nearby clubs. The service is helpful but could benefit from more training. The location is superb for exploring Cape Town, although noise levels from clubs can disrupt sleep. Dining is delicious with a widespread buffet, but some aspects were a letdown. The facilities are well-maintained.

The service is outstanding, always there to assist, and very welcoming and accommodating.
